Position Overview:

This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities and challenges. The tasks involve assisting in media plan creation, campaign management, and optimizing various aspects of advertising campaigns. You will play a crucial role in communicating with clients, ensuring their creative needs are met and managing budgets efficiently.


What You Will Do:

  • Budget Management: Maintain budgets, trafficking instructions, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Campaign Optimization: Improve campaign performance through adjustments.
  • Budget Tracking: Monitor spending and allocate funds across platforms.
  • Test New Features: Explore and recommend new platform features.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Optimization Planning: Plan strategies before, during, and after campaigns.
  • Data Analysis: Identify trends and insights for campaign reports.
  • Team Support: Mentor and support junior team members.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of relevant work experience required.
  • Experience working with a media team or agency setting.
  • Strong in math and analytics, Excel.
  • Experience with some or all of the following: Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Snapchat Ads, Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, Google Data Studio, or other data visualization software.
  • Up-to-date with all current technologies.
  • Cross-channel experience (social programmatic and SEM).
  • Detail-Oriented, organized, collaborative, strong communication, presentation skills, customer-focused, strategic thinking.

Salary range for this position is 12,000-15,000 PLN gross plus a bonus potential and is based on prior experience and qualifications.
